looking at art, a gallery on Flickr.

When Flickr first introduced galleries, I began to curate. Naturally, blur became prominent, but the ones I keep returning to are photographs of people looking at art. I have ten galleries of these.
What is it about images like these that appeals to me? I like the moment of quietness, of contemplation, of trying to see what can be seen.
Hope you like them too.

  1. These are so cool Brendan!! It makes me want to go back to the museum and take more pictures!!! Very lovely indeed!

  2. Thanks for including my photo Brendan… I take these photos because I feel that humans bring life to art galleries and museums … what would be the point of the galleries existing if people didn’t want to enjoy them? And I hope that humans add another element … of life … and allow me to create a different kind of “art”.
    Anyway …!
